Northwest Surveying was founded in October of 2003 by Clinton Stubbs. The company has enjoyed continued growth and now has two licensed surveyors that are partners in the company along with an excellent team of professional service associates. Our goal at Northwest Surveying is to provide each of our clients with accurate, timely, and detailed surveying information and to help guide each project through to its successful completion. Partners
Clinton Stubbs is a licensed Professional Land Surveyor in Oregon (PLS #55469) and Washington (PLS #41081) with almost twenty years of surveying experience throughout Oregon and Washington. He also has extensive engineering training, as he graduated from Oregon State University with a Civil Engineering degree in 1996.
Over the last twenty years, Mr. Stubbs has overseen a variety of development projects ranging from three lot partitions to 50+ lot subdivisions to 100+ unit condominium projects. He has also overseen the surveying for both large (20+ acre) and small commercial properties. This varied background has allowed him to become familiar with all phases of the development process.
Scott Field is a licensed Professional Land Surveyor in Oregon (PLS #2844) and Idaho (PLS #9975). He graduated from Oregon State University with a degree in Construction Engineering Management in 1993. Since that time, he has worked on a wide variety of projects, primarily as a project manager.
Examples of Mr. Field’s projects include subdivision plats, property line adjustments, ALTA and topographic surveys, construction staking, and cadastral surveys. Past clients he has worked with include developers, private landowners, contractors, and governmental agencies. In addition to surveying, he has experience with land use planning, having prepared numerous applications for various types of projects including subdivisions, property line adjustments, and rezoning property.
